• Voluntary Health Consultation Inputs: When you use our 10-Step Holistic Health Consultation Suite, you may select or enter age group, gender, symptoms, dietary preferences, and wellness queries across Ayurveda, Allopathy, Homeopathy, Unani, and Global Wellness disciplines.
• Payment & Recharge Records: When you purchase a consultation pass (Plan 1 Trial Pass ₹10, Plan 2 Monthly Pass ₹100, Plan 3 Quarterly Pass ₹1,000, or Plan 4 Yearly Pass ₹2,000) or order raw Ayurvedic herbs (Jadi Booti), we record the transaction reference/UTR number, plan selected, validity days, and usage points credited. We do not store raw debit/credit card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI PINs on our servers.
• Device & Technical Information: Basic browser language, time zone (to automatically set your local country ISD code and currency), and session storage identifiers required for security and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide personalized 5-discipline educational health guidance, Tridosha & Sapta Dhatu assessments, Pathya-Apathya dietary charts, and herbal apothecary recommendations.
• To maintain your active Usage Balance, Validity Days, and 10% Referral Bonus points tied to your verified mobile number.
• To process and verify consultation pass top-ups and physical herb delivery orders via UPI, PhonePe, Razorpay, CCAvenue, PayU, or PayPal.
• To send your requested health consultation summaries, invoices, or app access links via WhatsApp or SMS when initiated by you.

3. Strict Confidentiality & Zero Third-Party Data Selling

Your mobile number, personal identity, health symptoms, and consultation reports are kept strictly confidential. Jyotish Ayurveda never sells, rents, or trades user personal data or health records to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Data is shared only with regulated payment gateways solely for completing your authorized payment transactions.

4. Data Security & Retention

All communication between your browser/mobile app and Jyotish Ayurveda servers is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS. Access to customer pass balances is protected by mobile number verification. Users may request deletion of their consultation history or account details at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential browser local storage solely to remember your preferred language, country dialing code, and verified mobile session so you do not have to re-enter your details on every visit. We do not use intrusive third-party tracking cookies.

6. Terms & Conditions (Educational & Wellness Disclaimer)

All 5-discipline health consultations, Ayurvedic Prakriti/Vikriti analyses, dietary recommendations, and herbal descriptions provided on https://jyotishayurveda.com are for holistic health education, wellness guidance, and informational purposes. They do not constitute emergency medical intervention or replace an in-person clinical examination by a licensed physician.

7. Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

• Consultation Pass Top-Ups: Digital consultation passes (₹10, ₹100, ₹1,000, and ₹2,000) are credited immediately upon payment confirmation. In the event of a duplicate payment or technical error, refund requests may be submitted within 7 days via WhatsApp (+91 9310008282) or email (jyotishayurvedadelhi@gmail.com). Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Physical Raw Herbs (Pure Jadi Booti) Shipping: Orders for physical Ayurvedic raw herbs within India are dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–8 working days via registered courier partners.
